Delivery times are confirmed by the manager after payment. The delivery department does not operate on weekends and holidays.
Order processing
1. Online order form. You can easily place an order on our website at any convenient time! To do this, add your preferred product to the "cart" and proceed to checkout by following the instructions. Be sure to provide your contact phone number in the order form.
After payment, our manager will contact you to confirm the order details, time, place, and delivery cost.
Registration on the site is not required to make a purchase, but by registering, you will have access to your order history; additionally, for repeat orders, you will not need to re-enter your information.

Payment

You can cancel the payment at any time by clicking the "Cancel" button. Payment is processed automatically through payment aggregators. Immediately after payment, you will receive a notification to your E-Mail about the successful payment and all details of the purchased digital product.
Delivery
Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery to cities in Ukraine is carried out by the transport company NOVA POSHTA.
On the transport company’s website, you can check the possibility of delivery to your locality, as well as rates and delivery times.
International delivery is carried out with a slight delay depending on the country and region.
Delivery is also carried out by our representatives in your country; after payment, the logistics manager will contact you to clarify the delivery method convenient for you.
Delivery services are paid at your expense.
Monetary refund
The buyer can return a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase (in accordance with the requirements of the "Consumer Rights Protection Law").
To process a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
- The product’s commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved; it has not been used and shows no signs of use (scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.);
- The product is fully complete and the integrity of the packaging is not violated; all labels and manufacturer markings are preserved.
The product return is carried out by the buyer independently. Costs associated with returning a product of proper quality are borne by the buyer. Delivery costs by the store are not reimbursed.
By agreement with the buyer, upon return of the product, a refund or exchange/replacement of the product may be made.
Refunds to the buyer are made within 7 business days from the date the return is processed.
