Together with my family, we create natural supplements in Ukraine, combining ancient Tibetan traditions with modern biotechnologies. In this material, I share my thoughts from the live broadcast — about blue iodine, hydrogen water, the dopamine system, spring fatigue, allergies, bones, and much more. Being healthy is easy when we listen to our body and support it with natural remedies.
Spring is a special time when the body needs extra support. There is still little sun, fatigue accumulates after winter, and stress and lack of micronutrients take their toll. In a recent live broadcast, I answered many of your questions. Below are the most important topics with practical recommendations.
Blue iodine with selenium: is it worth using?
Many people are interested in blue iodine (iodine bound with starch) combined with selenium. Iodine deficiency is indeed common in Ukraine, and selenium helps the thyroid gland properly use iodine and protects it from oxidative stress.
My opinion: if you know how to safely prepare blue iodine and want to use it — that’s acceptable. But I believe it’s better to choose tested, measured forms. Excess starch is undesirable, especially if you tend to gain weight. It’s better to pay attention to quality natural complexes that provide iodine and selenium in a balanced form without extra burden.
Hydrogen water: who might benefit from it?
Hydrogen accumulated in water can affect the acid-base balance. Some people with alkalosis (excessive blood alkalinity) who are thin, with delicate skin and visible vascular networks, report feeling better from such water.
However, most modern people tend to become acidic. Therefore, I recommend hydrogen water cautiously and not for everyone. If you are thin, asthenic, and feel the need for gentle support — try it. In other cases, it’s better to focus on overall nutritional balance and micronutrients.
How to reset the dopamine system and regain motivation?
In the era of TikTok, Instagram, and constant swiping, many people lose concentration, motivation, and joy in life. Humans are wired so that we either feel pleasure and show gentleness, or suffer and become harsh.
A simple but powerful practice: learn to treat everything with gentleness. Think gently, perceive the world gently, treat yourself and those around you gently. The more you train this habit, the better your life, health, and fate will change.
Artificial intelligence answered my question “how to live longer, 120–130 years?” with: “Stress less.” And on the question about news and social media — that it significantly shortens life. Don’t suffer. Drive away negativity and allow the good to come.
Spring support: what to take now?
Spring often triggers panic attacks, depressive episodes, and general weakness due to lack of sun. Three key remedies help:
- Vitamin D3 — improves mood and resilience to “waiting for the sun.”
- Semar — a complex of 11 amino acids and vitamins to support the heart and blood vessels. Especially useful after 40, with high blood pressure, after heart attacks or strokes.
- Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) — essential in spring. Its deficiency can cause joint pain when the first sun appears.
Child allergy: the role of calcium and magnesium
Allergy from childhood is often associated with calcium deficiency. Every stress (adrenaline surge) “burns” calcium. Therefore, children who react strongly quickly deplete their calcium reserves.
Recommendation:
- In the morning — calcium + magnesium D3 (for example, calcium carbonate).
- In the evening — magnesium (to calm the nervous system).
Other common questions
- Ovarian cyst — often occurs due to stress, hypothermia, or cycle disruption. Hormonal balance remedies help: Myo-Inositol, Women’s Health, warm compresses, and stress control through magnesium and calcium.
- Heel spur — compresses with kalanchoe or aloe, ultrasound stimulation by a specialist, and regular intake of calcium with vitamin D3 help.
- Coccyx pain — often indicates bile stagnation and elevated bilirubin. Calcium carbonate (to reduce acidity), bile stimulants (Amarum Duiko), and liver support help.
- Blood and lymph cleansing after therapy (chemotherapy, radiation) — I recommend Limfonorm (for lymph). It helps reduce swelling, toxic load, and improves well-being.
- Bone healing after fracture — works well with Collagen Forte, mumiyo (high quality, with a full spectrum of minerals), and calcium with vitamin D3.
Important warnings
- Use quartz and ionizing lamps very carefully and only according to instructions. Prolonged presence in a room while they are operating can harm the lungs.
- For any serious symptoms (severe foot pain, encephalopathy, allergy), be sure to consult a doctor and undergo diagnostics.
